Working from the specifications of each client, TECNOFORM offers you, our specialization in drawing and stamping metal parts, that begins with the collaboration with the client in the development of a product and extend to the design and production of the dies, in order to create completely reliable products that meet client requirements.
Our personnel are highly qualified with extensive experience, enabling us to manage our production to meet the needs and demands of our clients, providing innovation, improvement, competitiveness and productivity.
TECNOFORM's Technical Department plans and designs dies and production applications in 3D Solid Works format, which can be read by the majority of CAD programmes.
We have our own mould-making workshop for the manufacture of tools, progressive dies, and production applications and for their maintenance.

We have the resources necessary to facilitate work, optimise processes and guarantee total product reliability.
The different production lines include high-efficiency presses and equipment to suit production requirements, for large, medium and small series.
Our resources are:
11 transfer presses, with up to 14 workstations and 100 TN.
12 automatic presses from 15 to 125 TN.
2 Chappuis automatic presses for dies with threading incorporated.
4 horizontal presses for specific jobs.
8 semi-automatic presses for secondary operations.
2 BUCH automatic benders with automatic thread incorporated.
10 bordering and threading machines for lamination.
Lines for specific auxiliary jobs according to client requirements (assembly, controls, tightness…)
Finishes: vibration trimmed and degreased.
We have our own mould-making workshop.
We collaborate with other companies that are highly qualified in heat and galvanic treatments.
The most commonly used materials are: steel, stainless steel, cooper, brass and aluminium.
The most common thicknesses are between 0.1 to 2 mm, to suit different designs, dimensions and geometry of the part.
